Job Summary: A professional responsible for greeting customers, managing tables, assisting in the dining area, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere at a large high-end restaurant chain. Opportunity for growth within a high-end restaurant chain Greet customers warmly and attentively. Manage the waiting list and organize table occupancy. Accompany customers to their tables and provide basic information about the menu and services. Answer questions and resolve initial customer requests. Collaborate with waitstaff to optimize dining area workflow. Ensure a welcoming and pleasant reception environment. Assist with all restaurant needs, serve customers courteously and warmly, pay attention to orders, assist with cleaning, table clearing, etc. We seek a committed individual eager to grow, as this is a large high-end restaurant chain.
