Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support content creation, provide training support, update reports, and assist with internal campaigns in the People area. Key Highlights: 1. Support the creation of content for Training channels. 2. Provide support for Behavioral Training initiatives. 3. Assist in organizing internal Training campaigns. Description: For this position, you must: * Be currently enrolled in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, Communication, or related fields; * Possess strong written and verbal communication skills; * Have basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Be organized and detail-oriented in administrative routines. Desirable qualifications: * Familiarity with design or content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop, or similar); * A collaborative, curious profile with hands-on attitude; * Interest in building a career in the People area. * Support content creation for the Company's official Training channels; * Provide support for Behavioral Training initiatives; * Update performance reports for training platforms; * Support Analysts with daily operational requests; * Assist in organizing internal Training campaigns; * Collaborate across integrated workflows within the People area alongside CSC and BP teams, ensuring agility and quality in deliverables. 2512250202491934974
