M2C Consulting provides management and technology consulting solutions. Focused on innovation, the company helps organizations optimize processes and achieve sustainable results. **Responsibilities:** Lead end-to-end recruitment and selection processes. Primarily handle operational and administrative positions, with support for corporate roles when required. Align candidate profiles with hiring managers and support talent attraction strategy definition. Use recruitment platforms and LinkedIn Recruiter for proactive candidate sourcing. Conduct screenings, competency-based interviews, and all stages of the selection process. Update vacancy tracking and KPIs in Excel and BI tools. Support onboarding of new employees. Participate in training programs and Organizational Development initiatives. Support diversity and inclusion projects, including gender equity programs. Previous experience as a Recruitment Specialist, Selection Coordinator, HR Consultant, or Recruiter may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this role. Bachelor's degree required.
