Design and document data migration workflows, data mappings, and transformation rules. Ensure data integrity and accuracy throughout the migration process. Collaborate with stakeholders, including data administrators, functional teams, and integration teams, to ensure smooth migration processes and timely project delivery. Conduct data analysis and mapping to align data structures between source and target systems. Execute data validation and testing to ensure quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot and resolve data migration-related issues. Optimize and tune data migration processes for performance and efficiency. Document data migration procedures and maintain data lineage records. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and best practices in data migration. **Requirements:** **What we are looking for:** Fluency in English; Experience in data migration/conversion. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Experience with ETL processes for data migration, including extraction, cleansing, profiling, transformation, loading, validation, and remediation. Proficiency in developing and optimizing complex SQL queries. Knowledge of SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, CRM, Salesforce, Snowflake, Dataiku, or PowerBI is highly desirable. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage multiple data objects. Strong understanding of migration strategies, validation strategies, and cutover simulation planning.
