**Insurance and Surety Coordinator**
Work model: 100% on-site in Campinas/SP.

**Prerequisites:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, or related fields;
* Advanced knowledge of corporate insurance types (property, liability, fleet, health, etc.);
* Familiarity with corporate risk analysis and mitigation;
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
* Advanced English;
* Availability for 100% on-site work in Campinas/SP.
**Brief Description:**
Coordinate and lead the corporate insurance and surety team; manage the Group’s corporate insurance process; negotiate surety insurance for contracts, auctions, and judicial deposits; define and safeguard the company’s insurance annex recommendations; monitor the local and international insurance markets; and perform other related and inherent duties.
**Your day-to-day responsibilities:**
* Lead the corporate insurance and surety team, facilitating internal discussions on insurable risks and surety opportunities to ensure technical excellence, strategic alignment, and continuous team development.
* Manage the Group’s corporate insurance process—from identifying insurable risks and designing policies, through market testing, negotiation with insurers and reinsurers, to claims management—ensuring appropriate asset coverage and efficient risk mitigation.
* Negotiate surety insurance for contracts, auctions, and judicial deposits, seeking credit limits with and without corporate guarantees to reduce financial costs and enhance the company’s competitiveness.
* Define and safeguard the company’s insurance annex recommendations, supporting discussions with suppliers and technical areas to ensure contractual compliance and protection of corporate interests.
* Monitor the local and international insurance markets, tracking trends, loss ratios, and risk-sharing practices to anticipate premium impacts and identify improvement opportunities.
* Negotiate claims settlements with insurers, acting as the technical and strategic liaison to ensure agility, compliance, and maximization of recovered amounts.
* Promote technical and strategic insurance knowledge by delivering training sessions and serving as a reference for the team and other departments to elevate the area’s maturity and specialization.
* Support new business and valuation areas by providing applicable policy assumptions and conditions to ensure the viability and security of assessed assets.
* Focus on efficiency in placements and negotiations, balancing cost and coverage to reduce material, personal, and liability losses.
* Develop proposals with structured action plans, leading continuous improvement and innovation initiatives to align the area with the company’s strategic objectives.
* Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders—including insurers, brokers, regulators, and technical departments—to ensure integrated, transparent, and efficient corporate insurance management.
* Engage in discussions with the company’s executive leadership, presenting coverage scope, implications, and risk transfer opportunities to support strategic decision-making grounded in sound technical foundations.
