After all, it is 100% Brazilian and built by people who truly believe in the words of our founder: ***“Hard work conquers all!”***. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead large-scale projects involving telecom and corporate network solutions. * Plan, design, and implement LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD\-WAN, and security architectures, ensuring high performance, availability, and compliance with the company’s technical standards. * Be responsible for the entire project lifecycle—from reviewing floor plans and estimating equipment and cabling requirements, to preparing technical specifications for quotations, implementation, activation, and final solution validation. Also coordinate suppliers, third-party teams, and service providers to ensure timely delivery, quality, and SLA adherence. * The role further includes advanced troubleshooting, vendor certifications (homologations), proof-of-concept (POC) activities, performance analysis, technical support to internal departments, and continuous documentation updates (HLD, LLD, topologies, configuration matrices). * Conduct knowledge transfer to the Support team to ensure efficient operations post-delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree. * Solid experience with LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD\-WAN. * Proficiency in protocols (BGP, OSPF, VLAN, VPN, QoS). * Strong expertise in firewalls, security, and hybrid environments. * Experience in migrations, advanced troubleshooting, and end-to-end network project design. * Technical documentation skills. * Desired certifications (CCNP/CCIE, NSE, PCNSE, JNCIS/JNCIP), automation (Python/Ansible), Zabbix, packet analysis, and experience in mission-critical environments. **Additional Information** **See what we offer:** **Our Benefits – Caring for You at Every Stage of Life** ============================================================== At Ypê, we believe our people deserve well-being, security, and real growth opportunities.
