We are hiring a Senior Firmware Developer to join a multidisciplinary team working on an international project in the electro-electronic sector. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop firmware for an embedded authentication system based on physical keys, meeting post-quantum security requirements; * Optimize code to meet constraints regarding low power consumption, code size, and performance; * Participate in defining embedded system architectures; * Serve as a technical reference, supporting development teams on firmware- and software-related topics; * Develop and maintain secure and efficient code, demonstrating proficiency in two or more of the following programming languages: Assembly, C, C++, Python; * Write technical documentation in English; * Participate in all stages of the firmware development lifecycle: analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields; * Experience developing software in C/C++; * Experience with microcontrollers (ARM Cortex-M series) and embedded software systems; * Solid knowledge of microcontroller architecture and firmware optimization techniques (size, power consumption, and performance); * Knowledge of cryptography and implementation of cryptographic algorithms on microcontrollers; * Extensive hands-on experience using laboratory equipment (logic analyzers, oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal generators, etc.) and interpreting technical documentation (datasheets, reference manuals, etc.); * Advanced English proficiency for writing, reading, and oral communication. **Desirable:** * Master’s or doctoral degree in Computer Science or related technical fields; * Experience with Python; * Experience in low-level engineering (e.g., pointers, memory management, or ARM Assembly programming); * Experience in Post-Quantum Cryptography (particularly lattice-based cryptography). **Additional Information** **We Offer:** * An excellent work environment where everyone supports each other, and individual effort is the key to organizational success; * Competitive compensation aligned with your profile and experience; * A comprehensive benefits package including Meal Voucher, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, GymPass, Private Pension Plan, and Life Insurance.
