Job Summary: Professional responsible for deploying, operating, and maintaining fiber-optic backbone networks, performing splices, measurements, and corrective and preventive maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. Operation of fiber-optic backbone networks, including deployment and maintenance 2. Experience in fiber splicing, DIO, splice closures, and OTDR trace interpretation 3. Opportunity for professionals with experience in Internet Service Providers (ISP) **Responsibilities:** * Deploy, operate, and maintain the backbone network (fiber optic). * Perform fiber splices, measurements, and OTDR certifications. * Conduct corrective and preventive maintenance. * Identify and resolve link failures and signal degradation. **Requirements:** * Proven experience with fiber-optic backbone networks. * Knowledge of fiber splicing, DIO, splice closures, and OTDR trace interpretation. * Valid Brazilian driver’s license (Category B). **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in Internet Service Providers (ISP). * Certifications or courses in telecommunications. * Knowledge of transport networks and redundancy.
