Job Summary: Occupational safety professional responsible for developing and implementing safety programs, inspecting work environments, and conducting training to prevent accidents. Opportunity to conduct training sessions and empower teams #### **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement occupational safety programs such as PPRA, PCMSO, CIPA, and other programs required by Regulatory Standards (NRs). * Conduct safety inspections of facilities, equipment, and processes, identifying hazards and proposing corrective and preventive measures. * Deliver training sessions and lectures on occupational safety for employees, covering topics such as use of PPE, first aid, fire prevention, among others. * Investigate occupational accidents and diseases, analyzing root causes and proposing actions to prevent recurrence. * Monitor compliance with labor and social security legislation related to occupational safety and health. * Prepare technical reports, assessments, and opinions, and maintain up-to-date records and documentation relevant to the field. * Participate in specification and evaluation of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE). #### **Requirements** * Completed Technical Course in Occupational Safety, with active registration at the Ministry of Labor and Employment (MTE). * Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in the role, preferably in industrial or civil construction environments. * In-depth knowledge of Regulatory Standards (NRs) issued by the Ministry of Labor and Employment. * Experience in developing and managing safety programs such as PPRA, PCMSO, LTCAT, CIPA, and SIPAT. * Ability to deliver training sessions and lectures on occupational safety and health topics. * Knowledge of occupational accident investigation and analysis techniques. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for report writing and presentations. #### **Skills** * Occupational Safety and Health Legislation (NRs) * PPRA/PCMSO Development * Risk Analysis * Occupational Safety and Health Training * Accident Investigation * PPE/CPE Management * First Aid * Microsoft Office Suite * Technical Communication ### **Employment Type:** CLT ### **Benefits:** Meal Voucher, Performance Bonus, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Wellhub \- Formerly Gympass, Life Insurance, Transportation Allowance, Accommodation, On-site Meals ### **Department:** OBRA ROTA DAS BANDEIRAS \- SP332 \- PAULINIA/SP
