**Prerequisites** Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. Technical knowledge: · Calculation of exhaust systems for galvanic lines. · Sizing of rotary drums for automatic lines. · Calculation of heating systems using boilers and plate heat exchangers. · Preferred: Intermediate English and Spanish. · Preferred: Knowledge of NR12 – Annex III, NR33, NR35, ISO13857, and ISO14122 standards. **Experience** · More than 6 years in galvanic project design and E-coat line projects. **Skills and Competencies** · Leadership, versatility, and strong communication skills. · Sense of urgency and organizational ability. · Empathy and strong interpersonal relationship skills. · Teamwork. **Main Responsibilities** · Development of technical flowcharts and equipment layouts (sections and isometric plans). · Structural steel design with calculation reports (finite element analysis via software). · Hydraulic design: sections, auxiliary plans, and 3D mock-ups. · Agitator software calculations for fluid movement. · Mechanical design of general electroplating machinery. · Development of lifting and translational conveyors. · Field data collection for project detailing. · Development of exhaust systems (gas scrubbers, exhaust hoods). · E-coat system design and calculations. **Computer Skills** · Intermediate Microsoft Office suite. · SolidWorks (mandatory). · Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication (advantageous). · Automation parameters in SolidWorks. · Hydraulic routing in SolidWorks. **Certifications** · Advanced SolidWorks certification. · Intermediate Excel certification. **Expected Attitudes** · Flexibility and resilience. · Strong communication skills and analytical mindset. · Ability to work under pressure. · Time management efficiency.
