These professionals analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support to ensure seamless integration and effective use of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. We are looking for a **Tech Lead** with solid experience in **technical team leadership**, strategic involvement in **requirements management**, and strong expertise in modern technologies. The professional will be responsible for guiding technical decisions, ensuring delivery quality, and supporting the architectural evolution of solutions within environments based on **Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and Microservices**. Academic Qualifications: * Completed undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields. * Postgraduate studies/Specialization in Software Architecture, Software Engineering, or related areas is considered a plus. Requirements: * Proven experience as a **Tech Lead** or Technical Leader; * Strong experience with **Java and Spring Boot**; * Solid knowledge of **microservices architecture**; * Experience with **AWS** (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, ECS, or similar); * Experience in **requirements management** and stakeholder engagement; * Experience with source code versioning (Git); * Knowledge of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD); * Ability to lead, mentor, and develop people. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to development teams, promoting best practices and high performance; * Participate in **technical and functional requirements management and refinement**, collaborating with business and product teams; * Define and monitor architecture and development standards; * Develop and review applications using **Java and Spring Boot**; * Design, implement, and evolve **microservices architectures**; * Ensure scalability, security, and performance of solutions in **AWS** environments; * Support the team in making technical decisions and resolving complex problems; * Ensure code quality through code reviews and sound engineering practices; * Work in agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory): * Experience in corporate environments or technology consulting firms; * Knowledge of messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ); * Hands-on experience with relational and non-relational databases; * Experience with observability, monitoring, and logging; * AWS or Java certifications.
