Job Summary:
Responsible for acting as the primary escalation point for the client, managing budgets, ensuring vendor service standards, and promoting system reliability.

Act as the primary escalation point for the local client.
Develop and manage operational budgets for the assigned portfolio, proactively track variances, and manage within agreed budget targets, identifying efficiencies and savings wherever possible.
Ensure vendors meet service delivery standards, document and manage scope changes and instances of underperformance.
Adhere to preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability while promoting consistency across the portfolio.
Develop and implement innovative programs and processes that reduce short- and long-term operational costs and increase productivity.
Support initiatives across the account, such as compliance assessments, audits, training programs, and other initiatives as appropriate, driving implementation at the regional portfolio level.
Be responsible for delivering moves, additions, and changes (MACs), and support associated client projects including FF&E procurement and capital projects.
Deliver portfolio management reports as required by the client agreement and as requested.
Manage annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for your portfolio.
**Requirements:**
* University degree, preferably in Engineering/Architecture/Business Administration
* Intermediate English and/or Spanish
* Strong experience in facilities leadership
* Microsoft Office suite
