Forklift Mechanic

Description

Responsible for performing preventive and corrective (mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical) maintenance on combustion-powered (diesel/gas) and electric forklifts; Identify mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures in engines, masts, brakes, and transmission systems; Replace components, perform lubrication, repair tires, and replace/maintain batteries of electric forklifts. Completed high school; A technical course in Mechanics, Electromechanics, or related fields is considered a plus; Prior experience in forklift or heavy machinery maintenance; Knowledge of reading technical manuals and hydraulic/diesel/electrical systems; Driver's license category B.
