Requirements: * Completed high school education; * Availability to work from 10:00 AM to 7:48 PM; * Easy access to the city of Itupeva; * Prior experience with the SSW \- E\-CARGO system is a plus. Responsibilities: * Ensure cargo integrity and service quality; * Meet pickup and delivery deadlines and avoid non-conformities; * Comply with company safety regulations; * Collaborate with the team and all other departments within the company to continuously improve company processes; * Record all non-conformities that may adversely affect the company; * Issue OC DACTE, AWB, labels, cargo manifest, JAD, CTE, and PIN as required; * For OC DACTE issued for Other Customers, verify invoice data (address, state registration number [IE], corporate tax ID [CNPJ], legal business name, merchandise value, freight amount, invoice number/series) and cross-check against the volume measurement document; in case of discrepancies, request Commercial department to review documents before issuing the OC DACTE; * Import EDI messages into \-E\-CARGO; remove remote access; * Perform verification upon issuance of OC DACTE, AWB, labels, cargo manifest, JAD, CTRC, and PIN to prevent issues; * Open SM; * Record operational non-conformities; * Contribute to improvements that enhance operational processes; * Document non-conforming cargoes via photographs and request RNC opening; * Report pending volumes and invoices to respective responsible parties; * Jointly with supervision, identify operational failures; * Identify and communicate risks and opportunities to management for analysis; * Participate in performance management, critically analyze results, and suggest corrective and/or preventive actions.
