Job Summary: Performs and assists in preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure the proper functioning of facilities, machines, and equipment, prioritizing customer safety and well-being, as well as delivering a unique experience. Assist and perform maintenance activities. Ensure the flawless operation of facilities, machines, and equipment, with emphasis on customer safety and well-being. Adhere to brand-specific standards to deliver customers a unique and unforgettable experience, in alignment with AccorHotels’ Service Culture. * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on: refrigeration units, air conditioning systems, telecommunication equipment, collective antennas, TV set tuning, radios, cold rooms, ovens, fryers, and other equipment, complying daily with the Preventive Maintenance Plan. * Replace light bulbs, ballasts, and electrical outlets. Respond to all other service requests. * Carry out repairs on the hotel’s plumbing systems: toilets, faucets, etc. * Inspect parking and garage areas, performing necessary repairs, fixes, and cleaning. * Check the operational status of booster pumps to ensure continuous supply of hot and cold water, 24 hours a day. * Inspect fire-fighting equipment and report any irregularities to supervisors. * Perform all departmental tasks while complying with Self-Control procedures. * Comply with procedures regarding the use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and collective protective equipment. * Request and monitor technical visits and third-party maintenance services when required. Organize documents, reports, and maintenance records from outsourced services. * Keep area performance indicator spreadsheets constantly updated: PMP, water, electricity, gas, and Planet 21\. * Monitor, control, and support the reduction of water, gas, and electricity consumption. * Participate in purchasing maintenance items, seeking optimal quality-to-price ratio. * Upon identifying a guest preference, share this information with the Front Office team so the ACDC is updated, enabling personalized products and services for each guest and making every stay surprising. * Act as an ambassador for brand values and actively participate in initiatives promoting Service Culture. * Follow management guidelines concerning selective waste collection, environmental impact, recycling of diesel oil, lamps, and batteries, water and energy consumption, and cleaning product usage, in pursuit of environmental goals. * Perform other related duties as required by department/hotel needs. * For staff assigned to Combo / Tri Combo hotels, responsibilities must cover all involved hotels. **Working Hours:** 7:00 AM to 3:20 PM 6-day workweek with 1 day off Electrical Knowledge Office Suite Mechanical, Hydraulic, and Refrigeration Knowledge Building Maintenance Occupational Safety and Fire Prevention **Minimum Education Level:** High School (Secondary Education)
