This team is responsible for cyber defense, focusing on protecting our infrastructure and data from threats and attacks. The Blue Team’s mission is to ensure the security and integrity of the company's systems by implementing advanced protective measures and proactively responding to potential incidents. **Responsibilities and duties** **Your focus will be on:** * Managing the Security Operations Center (SOC) and analyzing Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) logs. * Monitoring and analyzing network traffic for suspicious activities. * Implementing and managing security tools to protect the company's infrastructure. * Conducting vulnerability testing and risk assessments. * Developing and updating security policies and incident response procedures. * Collaborating closely with other departments to ensure comprehensive and effective defense. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic requirements you must have:** * Knowledge of security tools such as SIEM, ZTNA, firewalls, IDS/IPS, antivirus, among others. * Understanding of SOC operations and tools. * Experience with cloud computing security practices (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and OCI) and on\-premises environments. * Knowledge of IT networks and infrastructure, including network configuration, monitoring, and security. * Experience in internal audit and risk management, familiarity with specific compliance and risk management tools. * Familiarity with security frameworks and regulations such as ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, SOx, and LGPD. * Knowledge in vulnerability analysis and oversight of penetration tests. * Experience in information security awareness campaigns. * Knowledge of business continuity plans. **You stand out if you have:** * Experience with Microsoft Sentinel SIEM, SOC, and diverse, complex IT environments, preferably within large organizations or holding companies; * Technology certifications focused on security. **Additional information** **We offer a competitive fixed and variable compensation package, along with a range of benefits—here are some of them:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Competitive meal allowance (VA) and meal card (VR) * Pharmacy reimbursement * Family leave and Kit Ultra Family: 180 days maternity leave and 20 days paternity leave.
