




The **Cybersecurity Manager** is responsible for leading the organization's information asset protection strategy, ensuring the implementation, maintenance, and continuous evolution of security policies, processes, and controls. Acts in a **strategic and operational** manner, coordinating teams, prioritizing initiatives, and ensuring compliance with regulations and international best practices. Serves as the **primary point of contact** for senior management on cybersecurity matters, translating technical risks into business impacts and proposing effective solutions for risk mitigation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Security Leadership and Strategy** * Support in defining and executing the information security strategic plan aligned with business objectives. * Coordinate and develop the security team, promoting technical training and career advancement. * Act as an *advisor* to other departments, guiding them on risks and threat trends. **2\. Monitoring and Incident Response** * Supervise and prioritize security incident investigations, ensuring rapid and effective response. * Coordinate communication and crisis management with internal and external stakeholders. * Ensure root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. **3\. Vulnerability and Threat Management** * Establish processes for continuous vulnerability and threat management. * Ensure timely execution of fixes and improvements. * Integrate *threat intelligence* to anticipate and mitigate emerging risks. **4\. Governance, Controls, and Compliance** * Implement and oversee controls such as **DLP, EDR, IAM/PAM, encryption, and continuous monitoring**. * Ensure compliance with standards and regulations such as **LGPD, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI\-DSS**. * Develop and review security policies, guidelines, and procedures. **5\.
