Job Summary: You will be responsible for the restaurant's operational activities, including customer service, order preparation, cleaning, and hygiene—all aimed at generating smiles. We’ll count on you for the restaurant’s operational activities: preparing and assembling orders; serving customers; and ensuring that the premises and equipment are always clean. Check out the details! Customer service is one of the most important parts of the job: our priority is to generate smiles! As an attendant, you’ll be responsible for serving customers in our restaurants, performing tasks such as taking orders and processing payments—including at our Drive-Thru. Preparing the delicious items from our kitchen: sandwiches, French fries, beverages, and desserts—like our famous ice cream cone. ?? You’ll receive training on how to operate appropriate equipment, as well as how to maintain our high standards of quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and safety. Cleaning and sanitizing our equipment, floors, chairs, tables, restaurant facilities, and surrounding areas—always following instructions and the operations manual. Participating in our training, onboarding, and communication programs through meetings, webinars, interactive sessions, and technical courses.
