




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Routine management (PDCA); * Quality tools (Flowchart, Ishikawa diagram, Pareto chart, Histogram, Scatter diagram); * Data analysis and basic statistics; * Business process management; * Financial knowledge; * MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The following will be considered advantageous: * Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma; * Experience with executive presentations; * Power BI; * Project management knowledge; * Experience in data and process auditing. * Embodying the organizational identity of Brisanet Group; * Preparing reports, forms, or spreadsheets as requested; * Proposing improvements to departmental routines and processes; * Updating departmental KPIs; * Actively participating in organizational meetings and commitments when requested; * Providing support to employees on matters related to the department; * Using personal and collective safety equipment when necessary; * Supporting departmental leaders in mapping and defining strategic KPIs and measurement methods; * Designing, updating, and maintaining up-to-date business maps and SIPOC diagrams for departments (Suppliers, Inputs, Process, Outputs, Customers); implementing the performance management model across organizational departments; * Identifying inconsistencies and non-conformities; * Training departments to measure and analyze KPIs, as well as to develop and monitor action plans; * Validating data sources used for reporting results; * Leading result presentations to senior management alongside responsible business units; * Providing methodological support to the organization regarding Performance Management. 2512180202551924746
