The professional must be organized, attentive, and deliver excellent service. This role is critical in ensuring customers enjoy an outstanding experience and return to the venue for future events. **Responsibilities** · Build and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers before and after the event; · Conduct technical site visits and present operational solutions; · Coordinate the various stages of the event, ensuring safety and compliance with venue regulations; · Guide external service providers and internal staff, resolving operational issues; · Offer and deliver additional services for the event. · Support simple negotiations with suppliers. **Qualifications** **Education/Experience:** Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Public Relations, Advertising and Marketing, or Technical Diploma in Events. 1–2 years of experience in the industry. **Specific Knowledge:** Customer service, assertive communication, operational awareness, basic knowledge of event-related legislation. **Desirable:** Personal vehicle Compensation: Up to R$3.500,00 per month Benefits: * Company mobile phone * Life insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
