




**Monitoring Analyst I** **IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE \- SHIFT FROM 6 AM TO 6 PM \- 12X36 SCHEDULE** **Main Responsibilities** * Continuous monitoring of the client’s entire logical infrastructure, ensuring its efficiency and integrity. * Analysis and resolution of level I troubleshooting tasks. * Opening and tracking of service tickets. * Execution of checklists. * Developing a communication plan to keep stakeholders informed about the situation. **Required Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology. * Strong sense of urgency. * Good interpersonal skills and communication abilities. * Proactive, articulate, and dynamic profile. **Desirable Qualifications** * Familiarity with the following tools: Orion Platform, Zabbix, and Grafana. * Knowledge of TCP/IP networking and Level I database concepts.
