




Job Summary: Responsible for preventive and corrective building maintenance, minor repairs, and support for school organization, aiming to ensure a safe and suitable environment. Collaborative work environment focused on safety Required Qualifications: Basic building maintenance Basic knowledge of safety (NR 10\) Basic knowledge of electrical systems (NBR 5410\) and minor repairs Social skills and communication ability Good interpersonal relationships and appropriate conduct for a school environment Organization, proactivity, and responsibility Completed high school education Main Responsibilities: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance services throughout the school premises, ensuring a safe and suitable environment for children. Carry out minor building repairs (masonry, painting, doors, windows, locks, flooring, wall coverings, and school furniture). Perform basic electrical maintenance (replacing light bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, and checking circuit breakers), ensuring proper functioning and safety of spaces. Perform simple plumbing repairs (replacing faucets, traps, valves, sealing leaks, and basic unclogging). Support the setup and organization of classrooms, events, and school activities. Conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs. Maintain equipment, tools, and work materials in good condition. Support and collaborate with other organizational, cleaning, and maintenance activities for internal and external areas of the school. Comply with occupational safety regulations and the institution’s internal procedures. Assist in material inventory control and report replenishment needs.
