




Job Summary: Performs preventive and corrective maintenance, minor building and electrical repairs, and supports school organization to ensure a safe environment. Key Responsibilities: 1. Performs basic building, electrical, and hydraulic maintenance. 2. Assists in setting up classrooms, events, and school activities. 3. Ensures proper maintenance of equipment and tools. Required Qualifications: Basic building maintenance skills, fundamental knowledge of occupational safety (NR10\), basic electrical knowledge (NBR 5410\) and minor repair skills, interpersonal and communication skills, ability to interact well with others and maintain appropriate conduct in a school environment, organizational skills, proactivity, and responsibility. Main Duties: Perform preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the school premises to ensure a safe and suitable environment for children; carry out minor building repairs (masonry, painting, doors, windows, locks, flooring, wall coverings, and school furniture); perform basic electrical maintenance (replacing light bulbs, ballasts, switches, outlets, and checking circuit breakers) to ensure proper functionality and safety of spaces; perform simple hydraulic repairs (replacing faucets, traps, valves, sealing leaks, and basic unclogging); assist in setting up and organizing classrooms, events, and school activities; conduct periodic inspections of facilities to identify maintenance needs; ensure proper maintenance of equipment, tools, and work materials; support and collaborate in other organizational, cleaning, and maintenance tasks for internal and external areas of the school; comply with occupational safety regulations and internal institutional procedures; assist in material inventory control and report replenishment needs.
