1 Monitor and intervene in the BMS (Building Management System), electrical, mechanical, and auxiliary systems and subsystems, providing necessary information to field teams. Monitor the NOC and all systems used by Odata, such as BMS, SDAI, CCTV, SCA, customer tickets, Zabbix, etc.

2 Under supervision, conduct and report technical assessments of incidents (equipment failures), implement corrective actions, and record them in the designated system; when required, prepare reports and submit them to immediate management for decision-making. Read and interpret electrical diagrams, manuals, and technical standards.

3 Route customer tickets to internal ODATA teams according to the request.

4 Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance in accordance with the specific maintenance plan for each equipment and/or system, ensuring optimal operation of the site’s mechanical system. Repair and/or replace mechanical components following technical guidelines, managing time and resources required for each intervention, as well as reading and interpreting mechanical drawings, electrical diagrams, manuals, and technical standards.

5 Ensure that best practices in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) are followed during electromechanical system operation and maintenance activities. Perform duties in compliance with ODATA’s Integrated Management System (IMS) policies, procedures, and work instructions, as well as applicable legislation. Complete all mandatory and recommended trainings as directed by the EHS department.

6 Adhere to the work schedule and use personal protective equipment (PPE) and collective protective equipment (CPE) for all maintenance interventions, and collaborate with other teams in operational and maintenance strategies for systems.

7 Support inventory control and warehouse organization to ensure proper replenishment of operational supplies and critical spare parts. Receive electromechanical materials and chemical products (Diesel, Paints, Water Treatment, etc).

8 Handle data center incidents under the supervision of more senior professionals and using respective operational procedures, operating systems across all disciplines to ensure operational availability.

9 Conduct rounds and inspections in the data center, performing various repairs when necessary: lighting fixtures, doors, plumbing, walls, microcomputer equipment, exhaust fans, auxiliary system components, etc.
