




Prepare low-complexity dishes at a specific kitchen station, following technical sheets, quality standards, presentation standards, and food hygiene and safety regulations, working under direct supervision but with greater autonomy than a Kitchen Assistant, contributing to the organization, productivity, and quality of operations. • Prepare and cook specific station items (e.g., simple pastas, basic sauces, side dishes, less complex grilled items), following technical sheets and cooking standards; • Organize and maintain your workstation stocked, clean, and functional during service; • Plate and finish dishes, ensuring proper presentation and timely delivery; • Verify the quality of ingredients used, reporting any non-conformities; • Collaborate with the team to ensure service speed and smoothness; * Ensure strict adherence to food hygiene and safety regulations and technical sheets.
