Focus on workplace organization and safety We are seeking a proactive General Helper to provide technical support for assembly and load testing activities in civil construction. The professional will assist in material preparation, structural assembly, and cargo handling for quality testing. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Assembly:** Support positioning, alignment, and fastening of metal/structural parts and components. * **Load Testing:** Assist in preparation, installation of measurement equipment, and handling of weights for tests. * **Organization:** Maintain a clean, organized (5S), and safe workplace. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education. * No experience required. * Availability for physical effort and teamwork. * Commitment to safety regulations (PPE). * Residence in the Campinas, Sumaré, and Hortolândia regions. * Valid Brazilian driver's license category B. **Benefits:** * Salary: R$ 2300.00 * Transportation allowance. * Meal allowance. * Food allowance. * Life insurance. * Individual health plan (after 03 months). Employment Type: Permanent CLT contract. Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.400,08 per month.
