Record all detected deviations, issue non-conformance reports and forward them to the appropriate responsible party, as per procedure. Monitor corrective actions for identified items; * Maintain the work area and equipment used clean and organized to ensure work quality. Provide service to internal and external customers (when required), clarify doubts and inform about procedures, rules and information related to product quality; * Identify all materials with actual or potential non-conformities and segregate them in a designated area for this purpose. Create and suggest process and technology improvements for the department.
