This position is responsible for supporting members through the 0800 hotline, providing guidance and resolving requests in a friendly, agile, and efficient manner, in accordance with the company’s internal procedures. Main Responsibilities * Answer incoming calls via the 0800 hotline; * Record interactions in the system; * Provide support and guidance to customers; * Forward requests to the respective departments when necessary; * Maintain friendly service and meet quality and response-time targets.
