This position provides support by establishing contact with customers, IT, service providers, and road transportation companies, ensuring that the process flow is properly followed. Apply now! **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Follow the process flow; 2\. Review cargo status for door-to-door tracking; 3\. Confirm system updates and accuracy of cargo positional messages; 4\. Coordinate inland transportation for national door-to-door distribution; 5\. Update internal Power BI documents; Python knowledge is appreciated 6\. Respond to customer inquiries; 7\. Support the commercial team with supply chain processes and requirements; 8\. Assist the Supply Chain Manager with daily activities and needs; 9\. Interact with the customer coordination team for customer service; 10\. Analyze business need to attend customer meetings supporting the commercial team; 11\. Assist in structuring new projects for SCM; 12\. Coordinate spot shipments; 13\. Support the IT support team; 14\.
