We seek an intern to support the Sales Team, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial and operational guidelines. **Job Type:** Internship **Start Date:** February/2026 **Stipend:** R$ 1.200,00 **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with a 1-hour break (30 hours per week) **Location:** Campinas/SP – On-site / NOVA APARECIDA NEIGHBORHOOD **We Offer:** * Stipend. * Collaborative work environment. * Opportunity for professional growth. * Transportation allowance. * On-site meals (partnership with a nearby restaurant). * Group life insurance. **Responsibilities:** * Handle administrative processes within the Sales Department; * Prospect customers via phone calls, emails, and social media; follow up with both active and new customers; * Support lead qualification and meeting scheduling; * Maintain updated sales records in the CRM; organize information and data in CRM and spreadsheets; * Support the Sales and Services teams in account management and customer relationship management; * Assist in preparing proposals and presentations for customers; * Participate in meetings and training sessions to develop sales skills and product knowledge; * Monitor post-sales activities to ensure optimal customer experience; * Contribute ideas to improve customer service and retention processes; * Coordinate with warehouse and logistics departments for order picking and shipment dispatch. **Required Qualifications:** * Currently enrolled in an undergraduate evening program (preferably in Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management, or related fields); * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Interest in sales and commercial development; * Proactivity, organization, and discipline; * Intermediate proficiency in digital tools (email, Excel, CRM, WhatsApp Business). * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus.
