Job Summary: A Store Sales Associate is responsible for product sales, customer service, store and inventory organization, and sales processes. Key Highlights: 1. Product sales and assisted customer service 2. Maintaining internal and external store organization 3. Ensuring well-stocked and organized inventory Perform in-store product sales and customer service, including assisted selling; accompany and observe customers during merchandise selection; offer assistance when difficulties are observed; provide product support and clarification; operate the cash register; promote general sale items; and clarify details for customers. * Provide customer service and sales in accordance with AutoZone standards; * Inspect and maintain internal and external store conditions; * Ensure inventory is fully stocked, clean, and organized; * Update and organize display items; * Maintain appropriate inventory control to drive sales and uphold store appearance; * Ensure proper sales and pricing procedures and documentation, and conduct physical inventories. * High school diploma or equivalent; * Availability to work weekends and holidays; * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Automotive industry knowledge preferred.
