We are looking for a **Project Manager (PM)** to manage, optimize, and monitor **engineering, procurement, and panel assembly** processes, ensuring deadlines, quality standards, and alignment with the company’s strategic objectives. **Job Responsibilities** * Define goals, deadlines, and responsibilities for teams involved in projects; * Establish and implement work methodologies; * Manage people and coordinate internal workflows among engineering, procurement, and assembly; * Monitor costs, develop budget plans, and propose improvements; * Monitor schedules, risks, and outcomes, ensuring deliveries meet established standards; * Provide technical support for engineering decisions whenever necessary; * Lead progress meetings and ensure clear communication across all departments. **Required Education** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering OR Bachelor’s degree in Administration with a Technical Diploma in Electromechanics and/or Electroelectronics **Essential Requirements** * Proven experience in **Project Management**; * Proficiency in **Project Management tools** (PMBOK, MS Project, Trello, etc.); * Fluency in verbal and written communication; * Proficiency in the **Microsoft Office Suite**; * Willingness to travel; * **Driver’s License – Category B**; * Residency in the **Americana/SP region**. **Preferred Qualifications** * Fluent English; * Experience with **electrical panels**. **Conditions** * **Working Hours:** Full-time * **Remuneration:** To be determined * **Benefits:** Meal Voucher Employment Type: Permanent CLT Compensation: Starting from R$5\.000,00 per month Benefits: * Food\-allowance Experience: * Project Management (Preferred) Work Location: On-site
