Supervise the use of personal and collective protective equipment at each workplace; Promote awareness (weekly safety talks) and train employees on the correct use of PPE and collective protection equipment, monitoring their usage; Responsible for issuing and maintaining the fire department inspection certificate; Verify that all PPE and collective protection equipment have an approval certificate, and ensure their information is up to date and properly recorded in the respective control sheets; Review the company's PPRA/PGR (Risk Management Program), assisting in planning, implementing, or adapting work actions outlined in the document; Conduct workplace inspections, validate fire extinguishers, identify hazardous conditions, and take necessary measures to eliminate risk situations; Monitor the release and dispatch process of large products designated for customers and suppliers; Control and request the purchase of protective equipment for departments; Report and update departmental accident boards, risk maps, statistics, and indicators of occupational accidents and diseases; Support CIPA activities and organize SIPAT events; Conduct workplace accident investigations with CIPA support; Provide first aid to employees, performing basic treatments in the clinic, accompanying (by ambulance) or transporting, when necessary, to hospitals or emergency services (OS’s); Fill out work permits for equipment and machinery maintenance; Issue work accident reports whenever necessary, according to procedures; Supervise and lead labor gymnastics activities according to schedule; Monitor and ensure proper identification and disposal of company waste, arranging third-party contracts or scrap sales when needed; Follow up on audits and implement all recommendations from internal and external audits to ensure and minimize the risk of workplace accidents; Prepare technical documents for projects; Prepare APR-PT (Job Risk Analysis); Deliver training sessions according to standards.
