




Job Summary: This Senior Technical Consultant will be responsible for providing technical information, evaluating products, and delivering consulting and training to customers and partners. Position: Senior Technical Consultant Education: Completed technical education; currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields.* Experience in sales, installation of devices, and operation of cargo and vehicle tracking and monitoring systems. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office for report generation and KPI tracking. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus. * Experience with risk management systems for cargo and/or vehicles. * Valid driver’s license, category B. * Willingness to travel. * Preference for candidates residing in the state of Goiás. Job Responsibilities: Will provide technical information for developing training manuals and materials, and evaluate the features of the company’s newly developed products, suggesting modifications to facilitate handling by installers and end users. Will test prototypes of equipment and accessory projects according to predefined standards, analyzing and evaluating components and recommending modifications to assess equipment and component performance during development. Will study, map, and create electrical and mechanical diagrams for new vehicles, fulfilling customer requests. Will provide technical consulting to customers, distributors, retailers, installers, consultants, authorized network technicians, and sales representatives, clarifying product handling or application, resolving issues, and conducting refresher training when components, functionalities, or product technologies change, or when new products are launched. Work Location: Field-based. Working Hours: Monday through Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:48 p.m.
