**Position**: *Compensation and Benefits Analyst* * *Location: São Paulo* **Position Objective:** The Compensation and Benefits Analyst will be responsible for supporting the management of daily compensation and benefits processes, including monitoring key metrics, providing internal stakeholder support, and collaborating with the payroll team. **Key Responsibilities:** Support in Compensation Processes: Assist in collecting and analyzing salary and benefits-related data. Perform basic compensation calculations and prepare reports to support decision-making; additionally, support the department manager during annual compensation cycles. Monitoring of Indicators: Monitor compensation and benefits performance indicators, contributing to the preparation of periodic reports. Assist in identifying trends and proposing process improvements. Support information gathering for budgeting purposes, as well as tracking YTD ("Year-to-Date") and YTG ("Year-to-Go"). Internal Stakeholder Support: Provide support to employees and managers, clarifying questions regarding compensation and benefits policies. Assist in guiding stakeholders through benefits enrollment processes and other related matters. Collaboration with Payroll: Collaborate with the payroll team to collect necessary information for accurate compensation processing. Ensure timely and accurate issuance of documents and reports requested by the payroll team. Documentation and Processes: Maintain accurate and organized records related to compensation and benefits.
