Activate and close valves via control supervisory systems, adhering to parameters defined in procedures. Inspect equipment conditions via control supervisory systems and field inspections, verifying parameter compliance, leaks, cleanliness, functionality, or any other conditions that may affect the process. Collect and analyze process samples. Complete process records with relevant operational information. **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed high school education. A technical background in Chemistry, or a degree in Biofuels or Food Technology is considered advantageous. Prior production experience — preferably in food, sugar mills (fermentation and refining).
