Our focus is on building an engaged team capable of overcoming challenges and achieving new objectives. We are seeking an HR Supervisor to work at our facility in Sumaré, SP. Key responsibilities include supervising people management processes, implementing human resources policies, mediating relationships among employees, and supporting leadership in strategic decisions related to human capital. This is a full-time position requiring on-site presence, with emphasis on ensuring a professional environment that fosters collaboration and growth. Qualifications * Human Resources and Personnel Department: Experience in HR and Personnel Department to plan, lead, and monitor recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes. * Employee Relations: Ability to promote and strengthen healthy relationships among employees, as well as efficiently resolve internal conflicts. * Performance Management and HR Policies: Knowledge of performance management and HR policies to implement initiatives and best practices aligned with organizational goals. * Preferred Qualification: Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields, and experience with HR management software. Familiarity with Brazilian labor legislation will be considered a plus.
