Job Summary: Responsible for handling, organizing, and controlling boxes and documents in document management, ensuring proper storage, location, and integrity. Key Highlights: 1. Handling and organizing boxes and documents 2. Document inventory control and record updates 3. Support for digitization and archiving processes Responsible for handling, organizing, and controlling boxes and documents in the document management warehouse, ensuring correct storage, location, and integrity of physical files. Performs document receiving and dispatch, order picking, volume verification, labeling, cleaning, and supports digitization and archiving processes. Performs document inventory control activities, system record updates, aisle and shelf organization, and ensures compliance with safety procedures, information confidentiality, and preservation of stored documents. Also provides operational support to departmental needs, contributing to agility and efficiency in logistics processes. * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher R$31.00/day * Gympass * Birthday Day Off **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
