Support in budget reallocations and project closures Identify assets with patrimonial labels, register images with photos of equipment and peripherals, fill in the systemic registration, maintain organized files, assist in physical inventory, follow the inventory planning, issue responsibility term reports, respond to requests for product classification within the asset family, support budget reallocations when required, issue project/budget closure terms upon completion, and perform other related activities under supervision.
