Your Responsibilities Include: \- Friendly and efficient telephone and in-person customer service; \- Appointment scheduling and confirmation; \- Managing clinicians' appointment schedules; \- Patient reception and guidance to ensure a pleasant experience; \- Basic administrative support (file organization, document management).
