We are seeking an organized, communicative, agile individual with strong attention to detail, who enjoys customer service and works well in a team. **Main Responsibilities** Provide courteous, clear, and prompt customer service via WhatsApp. Understand customer needs before registering or forwarding requests. Support consultants in online customer service, information organization, file management, and follow-ups. Register orders and services with meticulous attention to detail. Help maintain an organized customer service workflow. Assist in graphic service production when needed. Support operational routines within the department. **Requirements** Strong written communication skills. Organization and attention to detail. Agility in responding to, registering, and forwarding requests. Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment. Willingness to learn about graphic products and services. Flexibility to support various departmental routines. Initiative to resolve routine daily issues independently. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday, from 8:12 AM to 5:12 PM. Saturdays, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. **Compensation** Starting salary: R$ 1.800,00. After probation period: R$ 2.000,00. The position includes a 3-level career progression plan: operational, tactical, and strategic.
