Reception administration and appointment scheduling Assists in document analysis, contract drafting and review, data entry into systems, and clinic post-sale activities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support sales promoters in contract closing; * Serve potential customers by explaining offered services; * Respond to general questions about the company when requested by patients, or refer them to responsible departments; * Process patient payments (monthly fees) with immediate system registration, as well as record any important payment-related information; * Maintain workplace order (reception area); * Greet and perform patient check-in; * Manage possible reception conflicts; * Customer service triage; * Schedule and reschedule appointments. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite preferred; * Customer service experience preferred; #### **We are an orthodontics and aesthetics franchise founded in 2009 and headquartered in Rio de Janeiro.
