




Construction Administration #1350 Requirements: * Completed high school; technical or higher education in Administration, Accounting, or related fields is desirable. * Experience in administrative routines for construction projects and documentation control. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), control of invoices, contracts, progress measurements, cost monitoring, and support to Finance and HR departments. * **Resident of cities near Santo Antônio da Barra/GO** Main Responsibilities: * Organize and archive administrative and contractual documents related to the construction project. * Control invoices, progress measurements, and material requisitions. * Support procurement and payment processes with the central office. * Record and update financial and productivity control spreadsheets. * Assist in timekeeping, payroll, and benefits administration for construction site personnel. * Ensure document compliance for audits and technical inspections. * Support the construction coordinator in administrative reporting and communications.
