Job Summary: We are seeking an organized and communicative professional to handle customer service, prospecting, and support for the sales team, with a focus on commercial and administrative routines. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and active prospecting of new business 2. Supporting the sales team and administrative routines of the commercial department 3. Updating registrations and monitoring delivery deadlines We are looking for an organized, communicative, and proactive professional to join our team! Main Responsibilities: * Providing customer service (phone, e-mail, WhatsApp, and in-person at the reception) * Preparing and tracking quotations and sales orders * Prospecting new customers and reactivating inactive customers * Preparing and updating price lists * Supporting the external sales team * Conducting occasional external visits to customers * Updating registrations and information in the system * Monitoring delivery deadlines and informing customers * Assisting with administrative routines of the commercial department Requirements: * Completed high school education (a college degree is a plus) * Experience in the commercial/administrative field * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) * Strong communication and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in customer service * Experience with the Microdata system Working Hours: Business hours, Monday through Friday.
