We seek a professional who acts as the management's right-hand person, ensuring organization, efficiency, and sustainable operational growth. Responsibilities: * Manage and supervise the clinic's administrative routines * Monitor performance indicators (revenue, productivity, quality, and targets) * Ensure efficient operation of departments: reception, CRC, finance, and operational support * Develop and implement internal process and workflow improvements * Support team management, including training, performance monitoring, and evaluation * Address operational issues and make timely decisions * Monitor and ensure patient care quality * Support strategies to increase revenue and sales conversion (consultations, exams, ResolveSaúde) * Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements Requirements: * Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Hospital Management, or related fields * Proven experience in administrative coordination, preferably in healthcare * Leadership profile, organizational skills, and sense of urgency * Experience managing KPIs and targets * Conflict resolution and decision-making skills * Knowledge of financial and operational routines * Intermediate/advanced Office suite proficiency (Excel is a plus) Preferred Qualifications: * Experience in high-volume or popular clinics * Familiarity with CRM systems and management software (e.g., Feegow) * Experience with commercial targets and sales conversion * Knowledge of quality processes and auditing Job Details: * Location: Campinas/SP (on-site) * Employment Type: CLT or PJ * Schedule: Monday to Saturday * Salary: To be discussed * Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher, and benefits plan (ResolveSaúde) Candidate Profile: We seek someone with an owner's mindset—proactive, solution-oriented, and capable of bringing order to chaos while elevating operational standards.
