We value a harmonious work environment where mutual respect and friendliness are essential to ensuring good relationships with colleagues and high-quality task execution. **Responsibilities:** The new hire will serve as a Production Assistant, providing support across various departmental activities, including: * Assisting in production organization and supply; * Supporting the verification, sorting, and handling of parts; * Maintaining a clean and organized environment; * Supporting leaders and operators with daily tasks; * Complying with safety and quality standards. **Requirements:** * Age between 18 and 24 years; * Currently enrolled in or having completed high school; * Availability for part-time work; * Willingness to learn, responsibility, and commitment; * Punctuality, organization, discipline, care, and attention to detail; * Basic computer skills are a plus. **Benefits:** * Meal allowance of R$ 32.00 per day; * Transportation allowance; * Birthday day off; * Wellhub (formerly Gympass).
