Only education transforms! **As a Maintenance Assistant - Fixed-Term Contract, your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving instructions and service orders (O.S. – Service Orders) from the Maintenance Supervisor; * Conducting inspections and performing general preventive/corrective building maintenance (electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic systems) throughout the school premises; * Performing masonry, painting, and furniture relocation tasks; * Supervising third-party maintenance service providers when required; * Keeping the supervisor informed about completed services to register and close the O.S. in the institution’s system. **Working Hours:** Monday through Friday, from 12:00 PM to 9:00 PM, with a 1-hour break. **Essential Requirements:** Completed high school education; Practical experience in building maintenance. **Desirable Qualifications:** Technical courses related to the field; NR10 – Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; NR35 – Standards for Working at Heights. **And here’s an exciting look at the benefits we offer:** *(Benefits may vary depending on region and working hours)* **All stages of the selection process are conducted on our platform.
