To request accommodation, please contact the Ceva HR team. **Position Details:** Within the Network and Security team (8 internal members based in EMEA, the US, and LATAM, plus an external NOC), you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the company’s global network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, security, VoIP, etc.); Your role is to ensure high-performance, secure, scalable networks that align with business needs. You will work closely with other IT teams to define technical standards, support project delivery, and ensure best practices are applied in network design and operations; **Main Responsibilities** **1. Network Architecture & Design** * Design, develop, and evolve network architectures (LAN, WAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, VPN, etc.) * Define and enforce network standards, topologies, and protocols. * Integrate security best practices (segmentation, access control, compliance) * Ensure scalability, high availability, and resilience of infrastructure * Maintain consistency with enterprise architecture and overall IT strategy **2. Operations & Support (RUN)** * Maintain network and security infrastructures in operational condition * Manage Level 2/3 incidents and escalations in coordination with the NOC and vendors (carriers, integrators) * Perform routine operations (VLAN creation, traffic flow configuration, equipment setup) * Lead post-incident action plans and ensure service quality **3. Projects & Enhancements** * Participate in the study, design, and implementation of new network projects * Provide technical expertise during integration and deployment phases * Contribute to change management and technical documentation * Support business and IT teams in projects involving network components **4. Security & Compliance** * Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure network architecture compliance * Integrate security solutions into designs (firewall, VPN, SWG, segmentation) * Contribute to security incident response plans **5. Documentation & Governance** * Maintain clear, up-to-date, and standardized network documentation * Define and promote network best practices within the organization **Requirements:** **Technical Environment** * Network & Security: Cisco (Switching, Routing, Wi-Fi, ISE), Fortinet (Firewall, FortiADC), Palo Alto, Aruba, Meraki * Cloud Security: Netskope (SWG) * Communication: Cisco VoIP, Microsoft Teams * Protocols: TCP/IP, LAN, WLAN, WAN, VPN, SD-WAN **Profile Sought** **Education & Experience** * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with strong experience in networking and security * Proven experience in complex, international network environments **Technical Skills** * Strong knowledge of networking and security protocols (TCP/IP, VLAN, VPN, SD-WAN, etc.) * Proficiency with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, Netskope equipment (at least two strong areas of expertise) * Familiarity with enterprise Wi-Fi environments (Cisco, Aruba, Meraki) * CCNP, NSE, or equivalent certification appreciated **Soft Skills** * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong communication and documentation abilities * Autonomy, rigor, proactivity, and service-oriented mindset * Team spirit and technical leadership * Fluent English (written and spoken); French is a plus
