Job Summary: The TOTVS DataSul Support Analyst will provide technical and functional support for ERP modules, ensuring system stability and efficient user assistance, contributing to incident resolution and continuous improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Technical and functional support for critical DataSul ERP modules. 2. Incident analysis, troubleshooting, and ITSM-based support. 3. Close collaboration with internal teams and TOTVS consultants. We are seeking a TOTVS DataSul Support Analyst to deliver technical and functional support for ERP modules, ensuring environment stability, efficient user support, and assistance for critical business processes. The professional will work closely with internal departments, contributing to incident resolution and continuous environment improvement. **Responsibilities** * Provide technical and functional support for DataSul ERP modules (Finance, Billing, Purchasing, Inventory, Controller, Accounting, etc.). * Perform incident analysis, log investigation, and error troubleshooting in the DataSul environment. * Handle service requests via ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance and high-quality support. * Support version upgrades, patch application, and acceptance testing. * Monitor critical business routines and ensure proper operation of processes integrated with the system. * Collaborate with internal teams and TOTVS consultants to resolve complex issues. * Document procedures, solutions, and support workflows. Requirements: **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Software Analysis and Development or related field. * Experience with TOTVS DataSul. * Knowledge of key modules: Finance, Purchasing, Inventory, Billing, Accounting, Fixed Assets, or equivalents. * Basic understanding of Progress 4GL (reading, basic analysis, and troubleshooting). * Experience with SQL queries (Progress DB, PostgreSQL, or SQL Server). * Understanding of DataSul environment components: AppServer, SmartClient, Database, WebServer. * Experience with ticketing tools (GLPI, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar). **Additional Information:** * Compensation: R$ 5\.000,00 CLT; * Benefits: Meal allowance, transportation allowance, medical and dental insurance, life insurance; * Working hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; * Work model: Hybrid (3 days onsite in Salto/SP); * Assignment at Beltis client, a leading company in its sector.
