Job Summary: Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of offices, restrooms, and break rooms, ensuring a suitable and hygienic environment for clients and employees. Key Highlights: 1. Maintaining cleanliness and organization across various company premises. 2. Using appropriate products and tools for each specific need. 3. Preparing coffee, tea, and other beverages for employees. Perform all cleaning duties for the company—including offices, restrooms, and break rooms—using appropriate products and tools for each specific need, keeping company premises clean and organized to ensure a suitable environment for daily work activities, in compliance with received instructions and quality standards and procedures. Perform cleaning duties within your assigned unit, including removing waste from various locations—such as offices, break rooms, or infectious waste—ensuring proper storage in accordance with instructions provided by the unit supervisor, while maintaining organization and order throughout company premises; Clean desks, chairs, computers, countertops, printers, upholstered furniture, etc., using appropriate equipment and products, ensuring everything remains orderly before, during, and after client and employee interactions, following procedural guidelines; * Clean restrooms, windows, and floors, always maintaining them clean and fit for use by clients and employees, using appropriate products correctly, replenishing paper supplies, soap, etc., and ensuring order and cleanliness of the area; * Be responsible for cleaning and organizing the break room, keeping the area sanitary, dishes and accessories washed and properly stored, floors clean, as well as dish towels and kitchen cloths, ensuring everything is ready for employee use; * Routinely prepare coffee, tea, cheese bread, etc., and also upon request, using products and food supplied by the company, distributing them in appropriate rooms and locations while maintaining hygiene and order; * Perform other tasks as requested by your immediate supervisor, according to organizational needs and your professional development.
